Privacy policy
Last updated 20 September 2026.
This site exists so you can call us about junk. It is deliberately simple, and so is this page. Here is every piece of information the site collects and what happens to it.
What we collect
One thing: what you type into the free estimate form. That is your full name, address, email address, phone number, the type of job you need, and anything you add in the optional notes box.
If you never fill in the form, we collect nothing about you at all.
Why we collect it
To call you back about your job and to give you a price. That is the only reason. We need the address to know where the junk is and what the drive looks like, and the phone number and email so we can actually reach you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, not ever.
- We do not rent, trade or share it with other companies for their marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list or a newsletter.
- We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels or retargeting on this site.
- We do not set any cookies of our own.
Who else touches it
When you press send, the form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. They pass the message on to us. We do not use them for anything else.
The page also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and its smooth-scrolling script from jsDelivr, both of which are ordinary public content networks. Loading a file from them means your browser tells them your IP address, the same as visiting any website. Neither one receives anything you typed.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry sits in our email like any other email. If you would like us to delete it, say so and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA, and we will honour the same request from anyone, resident or not. There is no charge and we will not treat you any differently for asking.
The fastest way is to call (408) 202-9877. You can also email Samedayjunkremovalca@gmail.com.
Children
This site is for people booking junk removal. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
