Framing offcuts, drywall, concrete and tile. Gone the same day you call.
Get your free estimateYou call. We haul. Your space, we clear.
Tear-out, offcuts, packaging and the pile that has been on the driveway since the third week. This is what we carry most weeks — it is not a limit. If yours isn't on the list, say what it is on the phone and we'll tell you straight.
Paint, solvents, adhesives and asbestos are the exception — those go to a hazardous waste facility, and we'll tell you straight on the phone rather than turn up and refuse them.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

Construction debris is priced by volume — how much room your load takes up in the truck. Not by the hour, and not by the piece.
One room's tear-out: drywall, tile and trim.
A bathroom or a small kitchen, gutted to the studs.
A garage conversion, or a deck coming out.
A whole-house renovation, or a commercial fit-out.
You hear the number on site, standing next to the pile, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.
Four things that are not an upsell on this job.
Offcuts, sheet goods, buckets and bags. Out of the room, down the stairs and onto the truck.
The space is swept before we leave. Not tidied — empty, and ready for the next trade.
Contractors get us back as many times as the build needs, on the same number, without re-explaining the site.
No call-out fee, no deposit, nothing added at the truck. The number you hear is the number you pay.
What contractors and homeowners ask, standing next to the pile.
Construction debris is priced by volume, which means how much room your load takes up in the truck, not by the hour and not by the bag. A room's tear-out is a small load; a whole renovation is a big one. You get your number on site, standing next to the pile, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.
Every week. Contractors get us back as many times as the build needs, on the same number, so nobody has to re-explain the site. Tell us the phase you're in when you call and we'll fit the pick-ups around it.
Yes — broken concrete, brick, block, tile and stone all travel. They are heavy, so say roughly how much there is when you call and we'll send the right truck rather than two.
Same day in most cases. Call (408) 202-9877 and if the day is already full we'll tell you straight on the phone instead of booking you and not turning up. Housing a site for a week costs more than the load does.
We load it. Offcuts, sheet goods, buckets and bags come out of the room, down the stairs and onto the truck, and the space is swept before we leave. You point at the pile.
Hazardous waste is the one thing we can't carry. Paint, solvents, adhesives, motor oil, asbestos and medical waste have to go to a hazardous waste facility, because the transfer stations we use won't accept them. Tell us what's on site when you call and we'll say yes or no before we drive out.
Yes. A homeowner mid-remodel with a pile on the driveway is a normal call, and it's usually the same week. One room, one load, gone.
If it fits in the truck it goes in one visit, and a full load is a full truck whatever is in it. A big enough site is two loads, and we'll tell you which when we see it rather than after we've started.
