Service area.

The map above is our own yard, and the cards below are the cities we are in most weeks: San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Concord, Fremont, Mountain View, San Jose, Hayward, San Leandro, Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon, Union City, Newark, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Los Gatos, Los Altos and Palo Alto — plus the surrounding Bay Area communities in between them.

Call anyway. Those are the cities we are called to most, not the edge of where we go, and "and surrounding Bay Area communities" is meant literally. One number sorts it out in under a minute.

There is no call-out fee and no deposit, and the price is the load rather than the miles. You hear the number standing next to the pile, before anything is lifted, and if it doesn't work for you we leave and there's nothing to pay.

Same day in most cases, and often within a few hours. That is the whole business. If the day is already full we'll tell you straight on the phone instead of booking you and not turning up.

Yes. Offices, shops, restaurants, warehouses, rentals and building sites across the same patch, with after-hours and weekend slots if that is when the work has to happen.

Nine counties is the patch — Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma — and we would rather do that properly than be a name on a list forty miles out.
