Household cleanouts
A room that became storage, a loft, a garage: cleared and swept in one visit at an agreed price.

Nineties and 2000s planned communities: big houses, small front setbacks, and associations with rules about the street.
San Ramon was largely built in the last thirty years, and a modern house comes with a modern problem: less storage than the older parts of the Bay, and a great deal more of it — an office that became a junk room, a garage that holds bikes and boxes, a loft nobody climbs into.
Almost everything here sits inside an association, and associations have views about commercial vehicles on the street, where a truck may stand, and how long it may stay. None of that is a barrier, but knowing the community when you call saves time on the morning.
The other regular job in this city is commercial. Bishop Ranch and the offices around it generate chairs, desks, monitors and filing cabinets whenever a company moves, refits or closes a floor, and we clear those as readily as we clear a garage.
Four kinds of load, and between them they cover almost everything we are called for here.
A room that became storage, a loft, a garage: cleared and swept in one visit at an agreed price.
Desks, chairs, monitors, partitions and filing cabinets from a refit, a move or a closed office.
Sofas, beds, mattresses, fridges, freezers, washers and dryers out of any room, including upstairs.
Bikes, treadmills, weights, golf bags and the shelving they were sitting on.
Planned communities either side of the 680, from Windemere and Gale Ranch out to Canyon Lakes.
Not on the list? The list is the parts we get asked for most, not the parts we cover. Ring and we will tell you in one sentence.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

Stairs and tight access are the job, not an extra. This is what San Ramon usually throws at us.
We work inside them daily. Tell us the community and where the truck may stand, and we will keep it short and out of the way.
Modern lots are tight at the front, so loading often happens from the drive or a visitor bay a few doors down. A short carry, no extra charge.
Two-storey houses with a bonus room over the garage are normal here. Say which floor and we will plan the carry.
San Ramon is roughly 18 miles from the yard in Fremont. That is a straightforward run outside the commute hours, which is why a morning call is usually collected the same afternoon.
What people ask us before they book, in this city.
Roughly 25 miles, up the 880 and the 680. It is a straightforward run outside peak hours, so same-day collections are usually possible.
Yes, though some associations restrict where a commercial vehicle may stand. Mention it when you book and we will use the loading point your community allows.
Yes. We take desks, chairs, monitors, filing cabinets, partitions and general office clear-outs, and we can work outside business hours if that is easier for you.
A full truck bed. A garage cleanout is usually one load; a whole house is more, and we will tell you how many before we start.
Tap to call. Tell us what you've got. It's gone today.
