How quickly can you get to me?

Same day in most cases, often within a few hours, and that is the whole business rather than a slogan. Call in the morning and the space is usually clear by the evening. If the day is already full we will tell you straight on the phone instead of booking you and not turning up.

Do you charge for the distance?

There is no call-out fee and no deposit. The price is the load — how much room it takes up in the truck — not the miles, and you hear the number standing next to the pile before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.
