A floor of desks, a shop's shelving, a warehouse's racking, the stock nobody is selling. This is what comes out most weeks — it is not a limit. If yours isn't on the list, say what it is on the phone and we'll tell you straight.

How it works

Three steps. None of them are on you.

  1. You call.

Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

A packed garage with boxes, an armchair and a bicycle inside and the door open onto the driveway
  2. We show up today.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

The truck's steel dump body backed onto a driveway with its tailgate swung open
  3. It's gone.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

A swept, completely empty concrete garage floor with a broom against the wall

Priced by the load, not by the desk

A clearance is priced by volume — how much room your load takes up in the truck. Not by the hour, and not by the item.

A quarter load

A meeting room's worth of chairs, or a reception desk and its cabinets.

Half a load

A floor of desks and pedestals, or a small retail unit emptied.

Three quarters

A whole floor, minus the partitioning. Or a shop's shelving and stock.

A full load

A complete fit-out, or a warehouse's worth of racking.

You hear the number on site, standing in the space, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.

Included on every clearance

Four things that are not an upsell on this job.

The lifting

Desks, cabinets, panels, the safe nobody can move. You point, we carry it out.

A swept floor

The floor is swept before we leave. Not tidied — empty, and ready for the fit-out or the viewing.

After hours

Evenings, early mornings or a weekend, so a working office never has to stop for the truck.

One price, at the kerb

No call-out fee, no deposit, nothing added at the truck. The number you hear is the number you pay.

Office clearance questions

What facilities managers and shopfitters ask, usually with a deadline attached.

How much does an office cleanout cost?

An office clearance is priced by volume, which means how much room your load takes up in the truck, not by the hour and not by the desk. A meeting room is a small load; a whole floor is several. You get your number on site, standing in the space, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.

Can you work after hours or at a weekend?

Yes, and for most offices that is the only way a clearance happens, because the business cannot stop for a day. Tell us the window that works when you call — after hours, early morning, or a weekend — and we'll fit the pick-up around it.

Do you take computer equipment, monitors and servers?

Say what you have when you call and we'll tell you straight what we can and can't take. Old IT equipment has its own handling rules in California, and anything still under a maintenance or lease contract is not ours to move.

Can you take the cubicle panels and the racking?

Yes. Cubicle panels, shelving, gondolas, pallet racking and the bolts that came out of them all travel. If the racking is still standing and you want it gone, say so when you call and we'll price it as it is rather than after a day of dismantling.

Can you clear a whole floor or a whole building?

Yes. A floor, a suite, or a building across more than one visit. Tell us the deadline you're working to — a lease end, a handover, a fit-out start — and we'll build the pick-ups backwards from it.

Do you work with property managers and fit-out contractors?

Every week. A tenant leaves on a Friday and the space is clear by Friday night, ready to show on Monday. Property managers and fit-out contractors get one number to call and one invoice per site.

What happens to everything you take?

As little as possible goes to landfill. Furniture and goods in usable condition get donated rather than thrown away, what can be recycled gets recycled, and scrap metal is separated out. The rest goes to a licensed transfer station.

Can you really come the same day?

That's the whole business. Call (408) 202-9877 and in most cases we're there the same day, often within a few hours. If the day is already full we'll tell you straight on the phone instead of booking you and not turning up.
