Apartment move-outs
Mattresses, bed frames, sofas, desks and bags left at the end of a lease. One load usually clears a one-bedroom completely.

Fifties ranch houses with carports, and a lot of apartments turning over every month.
Mountain View's older streets are full of small post-war houses on tidy lots — ranches, many with a carport rather than a garage and a strip of concrete just wide enough to load from. It is easy work when the pile is already outside, and most of it is.
The newer half of the city is rental apartments and townhomes around Whisman, North Bayshore and the downtown blocks, and there the rhythm is different. Leases turn over constantly, and what people leave behind at the end of one is the single most common call we take in Mountain View: a mattress, a couch that will not fit in the car, a desk, a bike, the lot.
Those units also come with the constraints apartment living brings — a lift, a long corridor, a parking garage with a height bar, a loading bay you have to book. All of it is workable. We just want to know before the crew arrives rather than after.
Four kinds of load, and between them they cover almost everything we are called for here.
Mattresses, bed frames, sofas, desks and bags left at the end of a lease. One load usually clears a one-bedroom completely.
Boxes, bikes, a broken dryer, shelving and the general contents of a house that has been in the same hands for thirty years.
Desks, chairs, monitors, filing cabinets and a server rack from a startup that has moved or closed.
Fridges, freezers, washers and dryers taken away from any floor, including walk-ups.
The tree-lined streets of Old Mountain View, the post-war tracts behind them, and the apartment blocks out towards the bay.
Not on the list? The list is the parts we get asked for most, not the parts we cover. Ring and we will tell you in one sentence.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

Stairs and tight access are the job, not an extra. This is what Mountain View usually throws at us.
Apartment buildings are normal here. Book the loading bay, tell us the floor and whether the lift takes a mattress, and we will do the rest.
Plenty of Mountain View houses have a carport rather than a garage, with a tight approach. Ground-level loading, just carefully done.
If the truck cannot get under the barrier, we load from the kerb and carry. Say so when you call and we will plan the stop.
The yard is on Stewart Avenue in Fremont and Mountain View is about 11 miles from it, so the truck is usually with you inside the hour when the diary allows. Same day here is routine rather than a favour.
What people ask us before they book, in this city.
Roughly 20 miles from the yard, up the 880 and across the 237. It is one of the closer cities we cover, so same day is realistic and often quick.
Anything that is not hazardous: furniture, mattresses, boxes, bags, small appliances, electronics and a bicycle. We can meet you at the unit, quote on the spot, and clear it in one visit.
Usually — it depends on the height clearance, which is why we ask. If the truck cannot get in, we park legally outside and carry the load the short distance, at no extra charge.
Yes, in reasonable household quantities: computers, monitors, printers, cables and small appliances. Large volumes of commercial e-waste are better handled by a dedicated recycler, and we will say so if that is what you have.
Tap to call. Tell us what you've got. It's gone today.
