You call. We haul. Your space, we clear.
The house, the garage, the attic, the basement, the shed and the garden — however much there is. This is what comes out most weeks; it is not a limit, and nothing has to be sorted before we arrive.
If there are things the family wants kept, point at them before we start and they go to one side, out of the way of the truck. This is a job people do at a difficult time, and it can be spread over more than one visit if that is easier.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

An estate cleanout is priced by volume — how much room the load takes up in the truck. Not by the hour, and not by how many rooms there are. A big enough property is more than one load, and we'll tell you which when we see it.
One room's worth, if the family is taking it slowly.
A bedroom and everything in it.
Most of a house, minus the furniture.
A whole property, out to the garage.
You hear the number standing in the property, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.
Four things that are not an upsell on this job.
Anything the family wants kept goes to one side before we start. You point at it, or mark the room.
Stairs, attics, basements, the garage. You point, we carry it out.
Every room is swept before we leave, and the property is left ready to show, sell or hand back.
No call-out fee, no deposit, nothing added at the truck. The number you hear is the number you pay.
What families and executors ask, usually on the phone from out of town.
It is priced by volume, which means how much room your load takes up in the truck, not by the hour and not by the room. You get your number in person, standing in the property, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.
Yes. A whole property is often more than one visit, and there is no reason it all has to happen on the same day. Tell us the deadline you are working to — a sale, a handover, a probate date — and we'll build the visits backwards from it.
That is a normal week for us. Tell us who has access or how to get it, what should be kept and where it should be left, and we'll take it from there. You will get a call from the person doing the work, not from an office.
As little as possible goes to landfill. Furniture and goods in usable condition get donated rather than thrown away, what can be recycled gets recycled, and scrap metal is separated out. The rest goes to a licensed transfer station.
Everything in the property, on the same visit or across the visits: furniture, appliances, mattresses, clothing, books, papers, tools, garden equipment and the contents of the garage and shed. Nothing needs to be sorted before we arrive.
That is what most of these jobs are. The rooms are swept before we leave, and the property is left empty and ready to show, list or hand back to a landlord.
Hazardous waste: paint, solvents, motor oil, chemicals, asbestos and medical waste have to go to a hazardous waste facility, because the transfer stations we use won't accept them. Tell us what's there when you call and we'll say yes or no before we drive out.
That's the whole business. Call (408) 202-9877 and in most cases we're there the same day, often within a few hours. If the day is already full we'll tell you straight on the phone instead of booking you and not turning up.
