What still works gets donated. Nothing useful goes to landfill.
Get your free estimateYou call. We haul. Your space, we clear.
Every load gets looked at on the way out. This is the sort of thing that goes to a donation centre or into a recycling stream rather than to a transfer station — it is not a limit, and it is not a promise we can make about every single item. If you want something kept out of the skip, say so on the phone.
That last column is not laziness: those items have to go to a household hazardous waste facility, because the transfer stations we use won't accept them. We'll tell you straight on the phone rather than turn up and refuse them.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

Junk removal is priced by volume — how much room your load takes up in the truck. Sorting it well is what we do with it after that, and it does not change the price.
A few boxes of clothes and books, or one piece of furniture.
A room's worth, mostly donations.
A garage or a flat, with the metal and cardboard pulled out.
A whole house, sorted as it comes off.
You hear the number standing next to the pile, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.
Four things that are not an upsell on this job.
Boxes, furniture, the lot. You point, we carry it out and load it.
Donations to one side, metal and cardboard separated, and anything hazardous kept off the truck.
If something cannot be donated or recycled, we say so rather than quietly tipping it.
No call-out fee, no deposit, nothing added at the truck. The number you hear is the number you pay.
What people ask when they would rather it did not go to landfill.
As little as possible goes to landfill. What can be donated gets donated, what can be recycled gets recycled, and scrap metal is separated out. The rest goes to a licensed transfer station.
Furniture and clothing in usable condition are the things most likely to be donated rather than tipped, and they are the reason a lot of our customers call us instead of hiring a skip. Say what you have when you call, and if it is something you would rather give away, tell us and we will keep it separate.
Say what it is and we will tell you straight. A donation centre will not take a mattress with stains on it, and we will not pretend otherwise on the phone.
Yes. Cardboard, paper and metal are the two things that separate most easily out of a house clearance, and both are worth more recycled than tipped. Scrap metal is separated out, including the steel in white goods.
No, and that is not a limitation we can work around: paint, solvents, chemicals, aerosols, motor oil, asbestos and medical waste have to go to a household hazardous waste facility, because the transfer stations we use won't accept them.
Yes. Mattresses are bulky, they are one of the most common things we are called for, and they are also one of the hardest things to dispose of responsibly. Tell us how many when you call.
That's the whole business. Call (408) 202-9877 and in most cases we're there the same day, often within a few hours. If the day is already full we'll tell you straight on the phone instead of booking you and not turning up.
It is priced by volume, which means how much room your load takes up in the truck — not by the hour, and not by how much of it gets donated. You get your number in person, standing next to the pile, before anything is lifted.
