Garage and carport clutter
Boxes, bikes, a broken dryer, shelving, paint and the piles that a one-car garage collects over decades.

The textbook post-war ranch house — small, single storey, and with a garage that has not seen a car in years.
Sunnyvale was built out in the fifties on a repeating plan — a small single-storey ranch house, a carport or a one-car garage, a strip of concrete down the side. It is one of the most consistent cities in the Bay to work in, and one of the easiest to load from.
The consistency hides a range of jobs. Some of these houses have been in the same family for half a century and need a full clear. Others have been rented for years and need a turnover. And a growing number are being rebuilt, which leaves a skip's worth of debris that a skip cannot legally take.
Along El Camino and around the downtown there are apartment blocks where the job is a lift, a corridor and a booked loading bay rather than a driveway. That is fine — we just need to know which building and which floor.
Four kinds of load, and between them they cover almost everything we are called for here.
Boxes, bikes, a broken dryer, shelving, paint and the piles that a one-car garage collects over decades.
What is left at the end of a lease: mattress, couch, desk, bags. One load usually clears a one-bedroom.
Timber, tile, drywall, old cabinets and the packaging from everything new — the waste a skip will not take.
Sofas, beds, mattresses, fridges, washers and dryers, from any floor of any building.
The classic post-war neighbourhoods, the downtown blocks, and the apartment corridors along El Camino.
Not on the list? The list is the parts we get asked for most, not the parts we cover. Ring and we will tell you in one sentence.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

Stairs and tight access are the job, not an extra. This is what Sunnyvale usually throws at us.
Common here, and the reason we ask about gate widths and the approach before the crew arrives.
Modern apartment blocks need the bay booked and the lift checked for size. Tell us and we will work to your building's rules.
We only need to stand alongside long enough to load, so a driveway, a white zone or a bay a few doors down is usually enough.
The yard is on Stewart Avenue in Fremont and Sunnyvale is about 11 miles from it, so the truck is usually with you inside the hour when the diary allows. Same day here is routine rather than a favour.
What people ask us before they book, in this city.
Yes — Cherry Chase, Ponderosa, Lakewood Village, Fair Oaks, Raynor, the downtown and every street between them, with no distance charge inside the city.
Roughly 15 miles from the yard, up the 880 and across the 237. A morning call usually means the same day.
Yes, in household and small-renovation quantities: timber, tile, drywall, old cabinets and packaging. Large commercial demolition is better served by a roll-off container, and we will say so honestly.
A single item. A mattress, a fridge or a treadmill is a normal collection, and it is often the reason people call us in the first place.
Tap to call. Tell us what you've got. It's gone today.
