Garage cleanouts
San Jose's most common job by a distance. Workshop, store room and general dumping ground for years, cleared to the walls and swept in one visit.

A hundred and eighty square miles of housing, from downtown bungalows to Almaden Valley estates — and a truck that can be anywhere in it the same day.
San Jose is the largest city in the Bay Area, and that size is the whole story here. In one afternoon the truck might take a sofa out of a 1920s bungalow near Japantown and then empty a double garage out at Silver Creek, and the two jobs have almost nothing in common except that both need doing today.
The older neighbourhoods — Willow Glen, the Rose Garden, downtown and Alum Rock — are bungalows and period houses with basements, attics and detached garages, the kind of storage that fills up over decades. The newer ones, out through Evergreen, Almaden and Blossom Valley, are 1970s to 1990s houses with three-car garages and much larger floor areas, and those loads are simply bigger.
Whatever the house, the reason for the call is usually one of three: a garage that has become a store room, a move, or a property being cleared after someone has died. We do all three in this city every week, and the estimate is always free and always on site.
Four kinds of load, and between them they cover almost everything we are called for here.
San Jose's most common job by a distance. Workshop, store room and general dumping ground for years, cleared to the walls and swept in one visit.
A large house's worth of furniture and appliances: three bedrooms, a family room set, a fridge and a freezer, all in one truck.
Whole properties emptied at a careful pace, with family pieces set aside before anything is loaded and the house left ready to sell.
What is left after a kitchen or bathroom has been ripped out — timber, tile, old cabinets, drywall, and the packaging from everything new.
The biggest patch on the list, and the one with the widest range of housing inside it — from 1920s bungalows near downtown to 1990s tracts out at Silver Creek.
Not on the list? The list is the parts we get asked for most, not the parts we cover. Ring and we will tell you in one sentence.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

Stairs and tight access are the job, not an extra. This is what San Jose usually throws at us.
Most San Jose houses give the truck a wide, flat place to stand and load from, which keeps the job quick.
Large volumes take longer to move but go in a single load, which is usually better value than several small trips.
Driveway-less houses, permit parking and narrow side yards near the centre. Tell us what the approach looks like and we will plan for it.
The yard is on Stewart Avenue in Fremont and San Jose is about 13 miles from it, so the truck is usually with you inside the hour when the diary allows. Same day here is routine rather than a favour.
What people ask us before they book, in this city.
Yes. Willow Glen, the Rose Garden, Almaden Valley, Cambrian, Evergreen, Berryessa, Alum Rock, Blossom Valley, Silver Creek, downtown — the whole city, and no distance charge inside it.
Roughly 20 miles north, straight up the 880. San Jose is one of the cities we reach most easily, so a same-day collection is usually realistic if you call in the morning.
Usually, yes. A full double or triple garage is a large load but it fits in one truck, and one load at one price is nearly always better value than several smaller trips.
Yes, and it is work we do often in San Jose. Nothing is rushed, anything of value or sentimental importance is set aside for the family, and the property can be worked through over more than one day if that suits you better.
Tap to call. Tell us what you've got. It's gone today.
