Large garage loads
Three-car garages, workshops and outbuildings, emptied to the walls in a single visit rather than over several trips.

Larger lots, bigger garages, and the kind of load that comes with a house that has been in one family for thirty years.
Pleasanton houses tend to be bigger and further apart than most of the Bay Area's, with three-car garages, long driveways and outbuildings on the larger lots. The upshot is that a typical collection here is a large load rather than a small one — and a large load in one truck is the best value we can offer.
A lot of the calls we get in this city come from downsizing: a couple moving from a house into something smaller, or a family clearing a parents' home. Those jobs are slower by nature, and we work at whatever pace the day needs. Anything worth donating is separated out rather than thrown in the truck.
Downtown and the older streets around it are a different shape — 1920s and 1930s houses on narrower lots, with basements and detached garages. Same service, tighter access.
Four kinds of load, and between them they cover almost everything we are called for here.
Three-car garages, workshops and outbuildings, emptied to the walls in a single visit rather than over several trips.
A house's worth of furniture and household goods, taken room by room, with what you are keeping left untouched.
Prunings, timber, fencing, tree debris, planters and soil — handled separately from household junk.
Everything from a piano stool to a chest freezer, including the things that have been in the garage since the last move.
The old downtown, the established streets around it, and the larger properties out towards the ridge.
Not on the list? The list is the parts we get asked for most, not the parts we cover. Ring and we will tell you in one sentence.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

Stairs and tight access are the job, not an extra. This is what Pleasanton usually throws at us.
The easiest loading there is. The truck comes to the garage door and the load goes straight in.
On the larger lots there is often a second building to clear. Point us at it and we will do it in the same visit.
Basements, detached garages and narrow side access within a few blocks of Main Street. We plan the carry route when we arrive.
The yard is on Stewart Avenue in Fremont and Pleasanton is about 12 miles from it, so the truck is usually with you inside the hour when the diary allows. Same day here is routine rather than a favour.
What people ask us before they book, in this city.
Yes — roughly 20 miles from the yard, up the 880 and across the 84 or the 680. A morning call usually means we can be with you that day.
Yes, and it is much of our Pleasanton work. We start with a walkthrough, agree which rooms go first and what is being kept, and work through the property at a sensible pace.
They are separated before the load is tipped and go to donation rather than landfill. If you would rather the charity of your choice had them, we will set them aside for you instead.
Yes — prunings, branches, fencing, soil and planters. It travels separately and goes to green waste.
