Outbuildings and barns
Workshops, barns and sheds cleared of timber, tools, machinery and the accumulated contents of a working property.

Ranches on generous lots, outbuildings, and the debris that comes with a property measured in acres rather than feet.
Livermore has more space per house than almost anywhere else we work. The lots are wide, the driveways are long, and on the eastern edges a property may have a workshop, a barn or a corner of land where a previous owner kept something that has since rotted in place.
That changes the shape of the job. Here we are often loading timber, fencing, tree debris, old machinery and general property clutter alongside the ordinary household things — and green waste travels separately so it can be composted instead of landfilled.
Closer to the centre, around the downtown and the older tract streets like the Jensen Tract, the houses are smaller and the access tighter, but the work is the same: a free on-site estimate, the price agreed before anything is lifted, and the space left swept.
Four kinds of load, and between them they cover almost everything we are called for here.
Workshops, barns and sheds cleared of timber, tools, machinery and the accumulated contents of a working property.
Prunings, branches, a fallen fence, planters, soil and timber, kept separate so it goes to green waste.
The double garage, the spare room, the old furniture and the appliances — one truck, one visit.
Whole properties emptied when land changes hands or a family moves on, inside and out.
The old downtown, the tract streets around it, and the larger properties out towards the vineyards.
Not on the list? The list is the parts we get asked for most, not the parts we cover. Ring and we will tell you in one sentence.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

Stairs and tight access are the job, not an extra. This is what Livermore usually throws at us.
The truck comes to the building. On gravel or an unpaved drive we take it slowly and load where the ground is firm.
If there is a gate code or a track that needs explaining, tell us when you call so the crew is not hunting for the turning.
Where the load is very big — a barn, a whole property — we will tell you honestly how many truckloads it is before we start, rather than after.
Livermore is roughly 16 miles from the yard in Fremont. That is a straightforward run outside the commute hours, which is why a morning call is usually collected the same afternoon.
What people ask us before they book, in this city.
Yes. It is roughly 25 miles from the yard along the 580, so same-day collections are realistic if you call in the morning.
Yes, and it is common here. We will look at the volume on arrival and tell you how many truckloads it comes to before anything is moved, so there are no surprises.
Yes — branches, prunings, fencing, soil and planters, kept separate from household junk so it can be composted.
Ride-on mowers, pumps, gates and similar can usually be taken. Anything with fuel or oil in it needs draining first, and we will say so on the phone.
Tap to call. Tell us what you've got. It's gone today.
