Move-outs and turnovers, cleared the day the keys come back.
Get your free estimateYou call. We haul. Your space, we clear.
A unit turns over on a Friday and it needs to be shown on Monday. This is what comes out of it most weeks — it is not a limit. If yours isn't on the list, say what it is on the phone and we'll tell you straight.
Tell us the access when you call — gate code, lift, where the truck can stand, whether the carport is clear — and we'll work to the building's rules rather than adding a problem for the manager.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

A move-out clearance is priced by volume — how much room the load takes up in the truck. Not by the hour, and not by how many bedrooms the floor plan says.
One unit's leftovers, out of the carport.
A one-bedroom, emptied and swept.
A two-bedroom, or two units on the same visit.
A whole floor, or a building's worth of move-out piles.
You hear the number on site, standing in the unit, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.
Four things that are not an upsell on this job.
Stairs, carports, balconies, tight corridors. You point, we carry it down.
The unit is swept before we leave. Not tidied — empty, and ready to show.
Property managers get one number to call and one invoice per property, not one per unit.
No call-out fee, no deposit, nothing added at the truck. The number you hear is the number you pay.
What property managers and tenants ask, usually with a turn date attached.
It is priced by volume, which means how much room your load takes up in the truck, not by the hour and not by the number of bedrooms. A one-bedroom is usually half a load. You get your number in person, standing in the unit, before anything is lifted.
A unit turns over on a Friday and it is clear by Friday night, so it can be shown on Saturday morning. That is the job we are set up for. If the day is already full we will tell you straight on the phone rather than promise a date we cannot keep.
Every week. One number to call, one invoice per property, and we will work to your turn schedule rather than ours. If a resident is still moving out, tell us and we will work around them or come back once they have gone.
Yes, and it is usually cheaper than booking them separately, because the truck is already on site. Give us the unit numbers and the access when you call.
All of it is included. Stairs, carports and balconies are the normal working conditions on this job, not an extra — nobody is charging you more because the building has no lift.
Yes. Fridges, freezers, washers, dryers and ovens come out on the same load, and they are the things most likely to be recycled rather than tipped.
That's the whole business. Call (408) 202-9877 and in most cases we're there the same day, often within a few hours. If the day is already full we'll tell you straight on the phone.
Hazardous waste: paint, solvents, motor oil, chemicals, asbestos and medical waste have to go to a hazardous waste facility, because the transfer stations we use won't accept them. Tell us what has been left when you call.
