The unit you stopped opening, cleared to the back wall.
Get your free estimateYou call. We haul. Your space, we clear.
The unit you have been paying for since 2019 and have not opened since. This is what comes out most weeks — it is not a limit. If yours isn't on the list, say what it is on the phone and we'll tell you straight.
If the unit sits behind a gate, needs a code, or the facility keeps office hours, tell us when you call — we'll work to their hours rather than ours.
Three steps. None of them are on you.
Tell us what you've got and where it is. A couch, a garage, a whole floor. It all counts.

You get the price before we lift anything. If it works for you, we start right there.

We load it, sweep up, and leave. You get the space back the same day you called.

A cleanout is priced by volume — how much room your load takes up in the truck, not by the size of the unit on the rent statement.
A locker, or the front half of a 5x10.
A 5x10, emptied back to the wall.
A 10x10, or a 10x15 with room to spare.
A 10x20 or bigger, cleared to the back wall.
You hear the number on site, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.
Four things that are not an upsell on this job.
Boxes, shelving, the safe at the back. You point, we carry it out to the truck.
The unit floor is swept before we leave. Not tidied — empty, and ready to hand back.
The whole unit, one truck, one visit. The sooner it is empty, the sooner you stop paying for it.
No call-out fee, no deposit, nothing added at the truck. The number you hear is the number you pay.
What people ask standing in front of a door they have not opened in years.
It is priced by volume, which means how much room your load takes up in the truck, not by the size of the unit on the rent statement and not by the hour. A locker is a small load; a 10x20 is two. You get your number on site, standing at the door, before anything is lifted.
That is the point of calling us rather than doing it yourself. A full unit is usually one or two loads, and we will tell you which when we see it. Whatever the size, one visit is the target, because every extra day is another day of rent.
Not necessarily, but somebody does. If you cannot be there, tell us who is letting us in and what should happen to anything that looks worth keeping, and we'll work to those instructions. What we cannot do is decide for you what is valuable.
It is the normal case. We open the door, you look, and we price it where you stand. Nothing is lifted before you have heard the number, so finding a surprise does not commit you to anything.
Yes. Shelving units, racking and the bolts that came out of them all travel on the same load, and the unit floor gets swept once they are out.
Tell us what the facility requires. Some want notice, some keep office hours, some only release access behind a gate code. We will work to their rules — it is their building, and a cleanout that annoys the manager is a worse cleanout.
That's the whole business. Call (408) 202-9877 and in most cases we're there the same day, often within a few hours. If the day is already full we'll tell you straight on the phone instead of booking you and not turning up.
Hazardous waste: paint, solvents, motor oil, chemicals, asbestos and medical waste have to go to a hazardous waste facility, because the transfer stations we use won't accept them. Tell us what's in there when you call and we'll say yes or no before we drive out.
