Priced by the load, not by the shed
A shed or a playset is priced by volume — how much room it takes up in the truck once it is apart. Not by the hour, and not by how many pieces it comes in.
A quarter load
A swing set, or a small shed's worth of panels.
Half a load
A garden shed, taken apart and loaded.
Three quarters
A playset and a trampoline, or a shed and its base.
A full load
A hot tub, or a whole back garden's worth of structures.
You hear the number standing next to it, before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.

The dismantling
A shed or a playset comes apart before it goes on the truck. You do not have to take anything down first.
The lifting
Panels, posts, the hot tub. You point at it, we carry it out of the garden.
A swept patch
The ground where it stood is swept before we leave. Not tidied — clear.

No call-out fee, no deposit, nothing added at the truck. The number you hear is the number you pay.

How much does shed removal cost?
It is priced by volume, which means how much room the shed takes up in the truck once it is apart, not by the hour and not by the size of the shed on the ground. You get your number before anything is lifted. If it doesn't work for you, we leave and there's nothing to pay.
Do you take the shed apart, or do I?
We do. A shed, a playset or a trampoline comes apart before it goes on the truck — that is the job. You do not have to take anything down, and you do not have to empty the shed first either.
What about the concrete base?
A slab or a shed base is a different load from the shed itself: concrete is heavy and travels as construction debris. Say whether there is a base when you call and we'll price both loads in the same visit.
Can you take a hot tub?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are called for most. It needs to be empty and drained before it travels — if it is still full, say so when you call and we'll tell you what needs to happen first.
Do you take the things inside the shed?
Yes. Tools, pots, boxes, the lot. It all goes on the same truck in the same visit, and there is no need to sort it out beforehand.
Can you really come the same day?
That's the whole business. Call (408) 202-9877 and in most cases we're there the same day, often within a few hours. Call in the morning and the garden is usually back by the evening.
Is there anything you can't take?
Oil tanks, gas bottles, fuel, paint, solvents, asbestos and medical waste. Those have their own facilities and their own trades, so tell us what is there when you call and we'll say yes or no before we drive out.
Do you take the fence and the decking too?
Yes, fencing, decking and the offcuts from either travel on the same load. If there is timber from the shed and timber from the fence, it is one job rather than two.
